Recvis helps brands get recognised and recommended by the AI assistants their customers ask before they buy.

What we do

More buying decisions now start with a question to an AI assistant: which CRM suits a ten-person sales team, which broker has the lowest fees, which clinic near me is good for knee pain. The answer names a handful of businesses. Everyone else is invisible at the moment the decision is made.

Recvis measures whether your brand is one of the names in those answers, and then works to make it one. We do two things, in this order:

  • Be known. AI assistants recognise your brand and describe it correctly: what you sell, who it is for, and how you differ.
  • Be chosen. When a buyer asks for options in your category, the answer recommends you, ideally near the top and with a link to your site.

How we measure

Every engagement starts with an audit. We research the questions real buyers in your market ask: broad category questions, comparisons, alternatives to well-known names, price and feature questions, and trust questions. Then we ask those questions on ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini and Perplexity and read every answer.

For each answer we record whether you are named, in what position, whether your website is cited as a source, which competitors are named instead, and which sites the answer relies on. We also ask each engine directly what it knows about your brand, and check that against your own website.

That becomes your AI visibility score, out of 100: 70% is how often you are named, weighted by rank so that being the first recommendation counts most, and 30% is brand recognition, which you earn by being named at all. The questions stay the same from one audit to the next, so a change in the score reflects a change in your visibility, not a change in what we asked.

We report what the engines said, with the answers attached. If an engine could not be checked during an audit, the report says so instead of counting it against you.

How we work

After the audit, the work follows what the answers show. Usually that means fixing the facts AI systems hold about you, restructuring key pages so they answer buyer questions directly, building comparison and alternatives content, and earning mentions on the sites AI already trusts in your category. We re-run the same questions every month and show you what moved.

Pricing starts with a one-time audit and continues month to month. The current plans are on the pricing section of our homepage.

What we won't do

  • Promise placement. AI platforms decide their own answers. Nobody can guarantee your brand appears in ChatGPT, and anyone who does is guessing. We measure, improve the signals these systems rely on, and show you the results.
  • Game the systems. No fake reviews, no hidden text written for crawlers, no instructions planted for AI models to obey. These tactics are easy to detect and they put your brand at risk.
  • Hide the evidence. Every score in your dashboard links back to the questions asked and the answers given, so you can check our work.

Who we are

Recvis is a small, founder-led team based in India, started in 2026. We built our own audit engine so that every score can be traced back to the questions and answers behind it, and the founders run every client engagement themselves.

Recvis is independent and is not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity or any other AI platform provider.
